B & D aims to make our client care “barrier-free.” We offer community based services including outpatient therapy (OPT), Community Support Team (CST), Intensive in Home (IIH), Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT), and Peer Support Services (PSS) - which means we come to you. Your treatment team member(s) will coordinate with you directly to formulate a schedule that works best for you and your family. Depending on your needs and the program you are enrolled in, your team members may meet with you in your home, accompany you to court, medical appointments, and /or assist with vocational or housing needs. Our office based services consist of medication management, SAIOP, and Buprenorphine treatment. We know access to transportation can sometimes prevent full participation in treatment, so we do offer transportation services for Durham and Wake County consumers with transportation barriers. We are also on the bus line.
